Position Details | High School Tour Coach (Seasonal)
Job Description
We are looking to hire current collegiate coaches to be Tour Coaches for our 2025 High School Sports Tours. Our Tour Coaches assist in overseeing student health and safety, program logistics, and program delivery.
Beyond Sports High School Tour Coaches are people-oriented, share a passion for empowering youth through sports, and have a love for travel!
Our tour coaches are not required to recruit athletes for these tours. Our team will fill the rosters. You are, however, welcome to invite any athletes in your network who you think would enjoy the experience!

Qualifications
-
Ability to commit to your sport’s outlined tour dates listed above
-
Current head or assistant college coach in one of the sports listed above
-
Outstanding interpersonal communication skills and cross-cultural awareness
-
Passion for working with high school students
-
International travel experience, preferred
General Responsibilities
-
Plan and coach practice sessions, which should be run similarly to your college practices
-
Coach all exhibition competitions and give specific feedback to each student-athlete

Lead three leadership sessions for the athletes

Help to ensure the health and safety of all program participants
-
Supervise all group excursions
-
Develop meaningful connections with program participants
-
Help foster an empowering, positive, and inclusive environment
-
Use your energy and love for the game to inspire the next generation of athletes to continue to grow their personal game and empower them as leaders.

Compensation

Hotel accommodations while abroad
-
Three meals per day during program operations
-
Roundtrip airfare from the US to the tour country. (Tour coaches are welcome to arrive to the destination early, or stay after the tour, for their own leisure travel.)

International health insurance while abroad

$500 stipend
