Madrid, Valencia & Barcelona, Spain

$3,895 (+$600 for a Single Occupancy Room)

Nine nights lodging at 4-star hotels (3 nights in Madrid, 3 nights in Valencia and 3 nights in Barcelona). The hotels will be separate from, but nearby, the student-athletes.

Spain Fan Tour #1 (June 24 - July 3, 2025) is for fans accompanying athletes on our high school girls softball and field girls hockey tours

Spain Fan Tour #2 (July 15 - 24, 2025) is for fans accompanying athletes on our high school girls volleyball and girls soccer tours

Spain Fan Tour #3 (July 29 - August 7, 2025) is for fans accompanying athletes on our high school girls basketball tour
Participants
Fan Tours are open to family members, friends, and supporters of our high school Beyond Sports athletes. (Note: The minimum age to participate in a Fan Tour is 10 years old.)
Accommodations
All Fan Tours are arranged in 4-star hotels. All rooms are Double Occupancy with two single beds. If desired, travelers can upgrade to a Single Occupancy Room,.
Payment
A $250 deposit per person is required to reserve a spot on a Beyond Sports Fan Tour. Additional payments will be paid in a series of installments:

Tour Itinerary
Day 0 - Travel Day
If you are traveling from the US, because of time zone differences, you will need to depart from the US the day before the start of your Fan Tour.
Day 1 - Madrid
Welcome to Madrid! Upon your arrival at Madrid Airport (MAD), our Beyond Sports Tour Coordinator will greet you. You’ll be shuttled to your hotel for check-in, followed by a Welcome & Orientation session. In the evening, enjoy a delightful Flamenco show accompanied by a group dinner.
Day 2- Madrid
Embark on a day trip to Toledo, known as the "City of Three Cultures." This guided walking tour will lead you through the city's rich history, with a group lunch included. You’ll have time to soak in the stunning panoramic views before returning to Madrid in the evening for an independent dinner.
Day 3 - Madrid
Start your day with a guided walking tour of Madrid, featuring iconic sites like Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, and the Cathedral. Enjoy some free time in the city center before spectating Game #1 in the evening. Independent dinner.
Day 4 - Valencia
Travel by high-speed train to Valencia in the morning. After hotel check-in, join a guided walking tour of Valencia's Old Town. Spend the afternoon exploring, shopping for souvenirs, or enjoying the sights from Serranos Tower and the Central Market. Independent dinner.
Day 5 - Valencia
Immerse yourself in the beauty of the Mediterranean Sea during a morning catamaran tour followed by a group lunch. Spectate Game #2 in the evening. Independent dinner.
Day 6 - Valencia
Enjoy a leisurely morning to rest, relax on the beach, or explore Valencia further. In the evening, participate in a paella-cooking class, with an optional sunset walk through the stunning City of Arts & Sciences afterward.
Day 7 - Barcelona
Morning bus departure for Barcelona. Stop along the way in Tarragona on the beautiful Costa Dorada in the Catalonia region. Spend the afternoon and evening at the beach in Platja de Castelldefels or head into the Barcelona city center to explore. Independent dinner.
Day 8 - Barcelona
Bus tour of Barcelona including the Gaudi Houses, Port Olympic and the Gothic Quarter ending with a tour of the famed Sagrada Familia. Spectate Game #3 in the evening. Independent dinner.
Day 9 - Barcelona
Visit Park Güell and enjoy free time for souvenir shopping in the Gothic Quarter. Celebrate with an evening of music and dancing during the Farewell Dinner—a final meal shared with all fans, athletes, and staff.
Day 10 - Travel Day
Say our goodbyes as we head to Barcelona Airport for a full day of travel back to the U.S.A.

Fan Tour FAQ
When is the deadline to register?
Register by December 20th to receive our $300 Super-Early Early Bird Discount. The final day to register for a Fan Tour is March 15th, 2025.
Can I stay with my student-athlete at the same hotel?
To enable us to continue providing an independent experience for our student-athletes, our Fan Tour hotels are separate from the student-athletes. All Fan Tour hotels will be within 30 minutes of where are students are staying.
When will I be able to see my student-athlete?
Accompanying fans will be able to see their student-athlete at the exhibition games, as well as during the final celebratory meal on the last night of the tour. We also offer 'Check-Out Time Blocks,' during which you can sign your athlete out of the Athlete Tour to spend time together.
Can I opt out of activities on the itinerary?
Yes, participants may opt out of activities on the itinerary. Please note, any replacement activities are at the expense of the participant.
How will I travel to Spain?
Tour participants are responsible for arranging their own air travel to and from Spain. We provide detailed flight booking instructions in the pre-departure process.
Who will meet me at the airport in Spain?
Our Beyond Sports staff will be waiting for you at the airport in Spain. Once you connect with our team in Spain, our staff will be with you for the duration of the tour.
